Instructions:

  I want to register an Individual, Team or Family

• Teams are formed during the New Walker Registration process, where you will be presented with the option to join as an individual or to create a team.
• If you are registering a non-family team, you can choose to also pay for each team member's individual registration fee as part of your registration process. You will be prompted for each team member's name and email address. Each team member will subsequently receive an email instructing them how to activate their registration by choosing a User ID and Password. Once they have activated their registration, they will appear on your team list and have access to their own personal page.
  
• When you are first prompted for your User ID and Password, you may enter any ID/Password you wish to use.  If you registered for last year's Walkathon, you may use your existing ID and Password.  We suggest that you use your full name as your User ID, in order that your supporters may find your page more easily.
  
• Registration Fees:
  • Individual Registration Fee: $25
    
  • Individual Registration Fee - adopted animal from the Ottawa Humane Society: $20
    
  • Family Team Registration Fee: $40
    
  • Family Team Registration Fee - adopted animal from the Ottawa Humane Society:  $35
    
• Family team fee is for immediate family members living under the same roof. There is no limit on the number of individuals in a family. Any other combination should form a team and have a separate paid registration for each team member.
  
• You will be prompted for each family team member's name and email address. Each team member will subsequently receive an email instructing them how to activate their registration by choosing a User ID and Password. Once they have activated their registration, they will appear on your family team list.
  
• The registration fee helps to offset the cost of putting on the walkathon and ensures that the maximum amount of donor fundraising dollars from pledges goes towards supporting OHS programs and services for Ottawa's animals.
   

I want to add Team Members

• If you have formed a Team Page and wish supporters to join your team, please have them use the search link above to locate your team, and then use the Join button, which is next to the team name, to join your team.

I want to support a Walker or a Team

• If you want to support an individual walker or team, please use the search link above to search for the Walker's or Team's fundraiser page, where you can make a donation.

I want to pay for other registrants

• If you are paying for others to join your team, please fill out their information in the "Billing Information" area of the donation form, and then enter your own name in the as the cardholder when completing the credit card section.
