Hi there it's me, Jingle! Today I met Cindy Lou Who, a sweet four-week-old kitten with a sad "tail" to tell me.

Rushed to the Ottawa Humane Society after being found on the streets, it was evident that Cindy Lou Who was scared, hungry... and dirty! This helpless kitten had been trying to fend for herself on the cold streets before being found.

Fortunately, this orphaned kitten was brought to the Ottawa Humane Society. Soon she had a bath and was extremely grateful for a plate of yummy food!

She spent time growing and learning to be a playful kitten in the loving care of an OHS foster volunteer. She's now almost ready to find her new, loving, "fur-ever" home.

Cindy Lou Who's story could have ended differently: but thankfully caring people like you made sure that she got a well-deserved second chance. Be there for the next Cindy Lou Who this winter — in the spirit of giving, please donate to help Cindy Lou Who and other animals like her. If you do, I'll put in a good word with Santa for you! Thanks!
